Job Description:

• Determine the design and workout strategy for new projects. Lead the Project lifecycle closely following Governance models.

• Identify and resolve issues reported within defines SLAs part of routine maintenance of existing applications built in SharePoint online.

• Report extraction and automations to support different metrics, that are maintained in the applications.

• Work with Stakeholders on the enhancements in the existing applications.

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting

• Workout budgetary estimates during kick off, after understanding the high-level requirements.

• Support the team in project planning activities, identify risks proactively, escalating thru appropriate channels as required and responsible for closely tracking the actual efforts

• Communicate regularly the status of Projects, risks that creeps, impediments if any.

Design

• Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Word to create HLD, LLD, DLD in various stages of SharePoint site development and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Developer :We are seeking a salesforce developer who will be responsible for design and development across various Salesforce products primarily Sales Cloud. They will work alongside business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet needs. Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives, understand requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications, execute and adhere to governance/compliance standards in force.Ability to work independently, communicate with technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.Individuals should have maturity in assessing the urgency of an issue and understanding proper escalation along with anticipating issues and risks.Individual should have a proven delivery track record of on-time deliveryEnsures compliance with security, privacy, legal, infrastructure, and administrative/corporate processes and policies.Recommends better, faster, or smarter implementations. A proactive thinker, using prior experience to anticipate problems and propose solutions.QualificationsExperience in setting up and utilizing Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud.Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Demonstrated ability to design, configure and develop solutions that integrate and automate data interfaces between Salesforce and other systemsA Bachelor’s Degree preferably with an Engineering or Software development majorHands on experience working on Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Security Access, Workflow, Data Validation, data import/export using Data LoaderProven expertise in Salesforce Custom Application Development with Apex, Visualforce, Apex, Batch, Trigger, SOQL & SOSL, Apex unit testingAgile/Scrum experience in a CI/CD delivery environmentAbility to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical mannerSkills API IntegrationApex Coding Security Model and Salesforce SharingConfiguration & CustomizationException HandlingSalesforce Lightning Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Lightning Web Components
