Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Lead Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Lead the Business Intelligence team which work on impactful projects for the Plant from developing critical data pipelines that help run the business to building tools to analyze data which guides different tiers on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our KPI and process. This team also support the industry 4.0 strategy for the plant. Consult with business stakeholders to understand process and structures of needs requires and lead the development of solutions to fulfill analytical, reporting and operational data needs across these teams. In this function you will: - Own as Maintaining highly available self-service data platforms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible to lead organization Business Intelligence team to support the data optimization, visualization and industry 4.0 strategy for the Plant.

2. Ensure that all EBS Pull projects are implemented and deployed throughout the applicable processes.

3. Supports the organizational capacity, training, and development plan to achieve the required level of knowledge for data visualization.

4. Lead continuous improvement projects that impact Plant data analysis.

5. Seek opportunities to improve data quality - Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

6. Format data to identify needs, provide relevant insights, predictive analytics and make recommendations

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related careers.

 Advanced English conversation.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.

 Knowledge of PC: Microsoft Office, MS-Project, Minitab, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python

 Advanced Knowledge and Experience : Process administration, Project Management, Pro -Launch expert, Data Science, Data Governance and engineering.
