Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a CI Coordinator - 2do turno.
What you’ll do:
Job summary
Provide assistance in the area of Continuous Improvement through the implementation of new technologies or improvement of existing processes.
Evaluate and implement improvements through the Kaizen and Suggestions Program and provide support in RIE implementations.
Job responsibilities
1.Support around the facility the RIE’s (2, 3 & 4) – CI For Everyone Block of CIF.
2.Support to Departmental Teams during the RIEs and BPI.
3.Implementation of CI Innovation projects.
4.Support the implementations of CI around the plant.
- Support the Kaizen level 1
6.Support in plant improvement projects.
7.Loading 5's shares and monitoring the closing of those shares
Qualifications:
Required:
Intermediate English skill written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other
engineering career.
Preferred:
- Advanced English skill written and spoken
Years and area of experience required
- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions. (continuous improvement)
Technical knowledge
Knowlegde in Minitab, Autocad, solid works and PLC.
Assist in the design and implementation of new technologies, fixtures and
tools for process improvement
Knowledge and use of mechanical, engineering and Lean principles.
Preferable knowledge in Lean Tools: (a) able to identify applicable Lean
tools in the given business environment and deploying them in an appropriate
manner through training and Kaizen events; (b) able to see Lean tools,
Kaizens / Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Lean Management principles
as part of a continuous improvement system.
- Successfull use of one or more Problem Solving tools to improve business
metrics and results.
Manage assigned projects, prepare reports and presentations
Elaborate parts, fixtures, prototypes, structures and solutions using
machining equipment such as CNC or conventional machines, lathes, milling
machines.
PC knowledge: Microsoft Office and MS Project. Preferable MS Visio.
Managing change effectively with tools such as MOC, Adkar and OCM.
