Eaton Corporation HR Analyst in Haina, Dominican Republic
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a HR Analyst.
What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for supporting HR function with the following activities related to: benefits administration with 3rd party vendor, process improvement, maintaining accurate data and competitiveness impacting employee engagement.
'Collect, prepare and analyze market data for benefits, sponsored by Eaton, to support total rewards studies, process improvements & competitiveness
Lead efforts to manage, among Brokers / Health vendors, wellbeing programs among different workforce needs (health, dental, life, etc insurance programs)
Lead committees to reinforce effectives of benefits (such as: cafeteria, transportaton, wellbeing)
Review, audit employee's benefits information, working closely with HRServices team to ensure accurate data among the different benefits
Evaluate and implement alternative benefits to ensure responsiviness to generation needs
Review and support Flex working program for the location assigned
Support Car Allowance process
Propose and implement improvements in the processes to guarantee the fulfillment of the policies of the Corporation.
Lead processes such as Back to School ( benefit for employees children’s), wellbeing campaigns (such as Safety, Wellbeing & Security week), among others
Responsible of activities / deployment for Wellness program at facility.
Coordinate the functions-task of the Assistants HR Benefit building assigned.
Offer support to the HR management and works accordingly
Perform special projects to support HR corporate strategies
Perform activiries indicated in the HR leader standard work
Participate in all the MESH trainings assigned.
Promoting and enacting the security and policies of MESH to employees under their supervision and ensure that they are conducted in their area
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psichology or related areas
"SB06: Minimum of 1 year of experience at Human Resources function - Prefer: managing benefits
SB07: Minimum of 3 years of experience at Human Resources function - Prefer: managing benefits"
Skills:
"Bilingual: English & Spanish
PC knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word advanced excell, powerpoint). Prefer: Power BI,
Knowledge in: Social Security Law, benefits management. Prefer: market studies"
