Job Responsibilities

1.Technical responsibility in all aspects of electrical design including components, circuits, modules and system integration

2.Design and select electrical components and systems, and develop testing plans and build testing systems to verify relevant designs

3.Collaborate with cross functional teams within product development, manufacturing engineering and procurement groups to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability

4.Participate in new technology research and new product development projects as requested

5.Deliver electrical design documentation following project stage gates

6.Participate in localization projects,as core team member to contribute to China and Global sourcing strategy

7.Participate in new products introduction projects,as core team member to support new production line building

8.Lead local electrcial related internally and externally testing and certifications and make sure align with Global electrical specifications.

9.Support Haiyan quality team,and China FSE team to improve compressor quality internally and on custmer side

10. Support China App team to select electrical hardware for OEM oil free products.

11. Support OEM/jobsite oil free products qualificaiton, commissioning and trouble shooting when needed

Background & Skills

1.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 5 years working experience,and 3 years for master degree.

2.Sound knowledge and experience in traditional and modern electrical technologies including (not limited to):

-Inverter technology for motor variable speed drive (IGBT, MOSFET, rectifiers and gate driver PWM/PAM technologies)

-Passive power devices, e.g. inductors, capacitors, resistors and transformers.

-Experience with power electronics system architecture design and hardware integration

-Knowledgeable and well informed on new trends in IGBT and Driver Technologies

3.Experience with motor drive and power converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) control technologies

4.Experience in control, circuit and system simulation tools (PSpice, MATLAB, PSIM)

5.Familiar with electrical design related natinal and internatinal standards.

6.Good teamplayer

7.Strong self-drive and management ability

8. Fluent English, can be used as a working language
