IHG Finance Manager / Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora in Hakone, Japan

ファイナンス マネージャーは、ホテル財務・経理・購買の各スタッフの日常業務遂行にあたり、円滑に、かつ支障の無いように監督し、各業務に適切な指示を与える。ホテル各部門及び、オーナーの間で取り交わされる書類の準備をする。

直属の従業員のプロ意識育成に最善を尽くしながら、前もって計画し制定されたホテルの目標を達成させる為、ホテルの定めた方針と手順の枠組内で、割り当てられた範囲内の人的および物的財産を管理することである。

それらの全範囲にわたってシステムを起用し、効率的な業務手順を制定する。

主な職務：

1.日常業務の指示・管理

売掛・未収入金業務管理

買掛・未払費用業務管理

インカム・オーディット

ジェネラルキャッシャー

2.月次・年次決算業務

料飲・客用貯蔵品の在庫管理（棚卸）

経費配分管理

貸借対照表作成・損益計算書作成

オーナー報告書類の準備・管理

3.予算／予測報告書作成

4.財務分析・差分分析

予算（予測）実績差異分析

5.キャッシュフローの最適化

  1. 経理システム管理

7.外部会計監査・税務監査対応

主な責任：

  1. 定期的な部内ミーティングの実施

  2. チームメンバーのトレーニング

  3. チームメンバーとの定期的な面談

  4. 議長として各種会議を開催・進行すること

  5. 購入依頼書・発注書の承認と管理

  6. 稟議書・契約書の承認と管理

  7. 業務プロセスの効率化

  8. 他部署とのコミュニケーションの円滑化
