Performs Stereotactic breast biopsies to include scheduling exam with patient, post procedure follow up of patients to include phone call, obtaining biopsy results, faxing to referring physician, tracking in appropriate systems and informing radiologist of results.Minimum Education Required:
- Associate of Science Degree in Radiology Technology.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
Years of Experience:
- Prefers one year experience in mammography but will train. Must agree to obtain advanced board certification in mammography.
