The Program Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for the program in which they are assigned and assists the Program Director in ensuring quality services are in compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory expectations. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring staff carry out assignments in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Pressley Ridge. Essential Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and training of potential new employees

  • Monitor caseloads and productivity expectations

  • Reviews program specific paperwork to ensure ongoing quality with documentation and around treatment planning

  • Conducts quality assurance contacts with current clients regarding program and staff issues.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans for clients and their families;

  • Ensure that staff is trained in the developmental/treatment strategies outlined in the treatment plans;

  • Maintain collaborative working relationship with referral sources and other providers and agencies as appropriate

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • Bachelors or better in Human Services

Preferred

  • Masters or better in Human Services

Licenses & Certifications

Preferred

  • LSW

  • LPC

Experience

Required

  • 2 years: Experience working in human services with children and/or families
