Quality Management Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN), PRN, First Shift, Trauma Center UC Health is hiring a PRN Quality Management Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) for the trauma center at West Chester Hospital. The Quality Management Coordinator Nurse will support West Chester Hospital's Level III Trauma Center in process improvement efforts with the purpose of optimizing care by continuously measuring, evaluating, and improving it with their teams. They will help to ensure that all performance improvement requirements are met at the West Chester Trauma Center by working collaboratively with the Performance Improvement team. ``` - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Associate degree, minimum required. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred. - Current and unrestricted OH RN License. - At least two years of experience in clinical nursing experience, additional 2 or more years related experience - Clinical knowledge of trauma care from injury to recovery. - General knowledge of computers, databases, Windows, Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Outlook); knowledge of statistical reports, peer review, and performance improvement. - Strong critical thinking, organization, self-direction, attention to detail, and communication skills - Flexibility to adjust daily tasks according to priority and need
