The Performance Group Call Center Customer Service in Hanover, Pennsylvania
The Performance Group is partnering with a local Hanover, PA client to help them fulffill their hiring needs!
*Call Center Customer Service *
*Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm *
$17+ DOE
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities *
- This is a call center expected to do 200-300 calls a day and process about 500 orders a day, so strong phone ettiquette and experience are required
- Provide customer with quotes on catalog items, product/service availablity, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing system and policies
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaevs the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, and involving management when necessary
- Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge
- Strong verbal and witten communication skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly
- Stay current with new and existing product development
- Capable of working independently within a team environment
- Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekends or holidays
*Minimun Qualifications *
- *Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment *
- High School Diploma or GED required, college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Displays enthusiasm, inititative, and pride in work
- Effective time management and organizational skills
