The Performance Group Call Center Customer Service in Hanover, Pennsylvania

The Performance Group is partnering with a local Hanover, PA client to help them fulffill their hiring needs!

*Call Center Customer Service *

*Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm *

$17+ DOE

 

*Essential Duties & Responsibilities *

  • This is a call center expected to do 200-300 calls a day and process about 500 orders a day, so strong phone ettiquette and experience are required
  • Provide customer with quotes on catalog items, product/service availablity, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing system and policies 
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaevs the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, and involving management when necessary 
  • Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge 
  • Strong verbal and witten communication skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly 
  • Stay current with new and existing product development 
  • Capable of working independently within a team environment 
  • Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding 
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekends or holidays 

     

*Minimun Qualifications *

  • *Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment *
  • High School Diploma or GED required, college degree or equivalent experience preferred 
  • Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry a plus 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Displays enthusiasm, inititative, and pride in work 
  • Effective time management and organizational skills 
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing work assignments, and uses proactive approach in all duties
