DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 1, you will be responsible for validating documents for the enrollment of customers into REAL ID. You will retrieve documents from images stored on microfilm, microfiche, CD-ROM, and EDMS (Electronic Document Management System). This role requires meticulous filing and maintenance of documents and images in the storage library, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

In this role, you will utilize an electronic in-box to retrieve requests, process them, and send them back to the requester while maintaining a daily production report of this data. Additionally, you will perform minor troubleshooting, identify any issues with microfilm rolls or microfiche, and report any problems with images to your supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
