The Pennsylvania Game Commission is looking for a Clerical Assistant 3 to help support the Bureau of Wildlife Habitat Management's Real Estate Division. Achieve your goals with our team!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Real Estate Division and other divisions within the bureau to track property ownership data, maintain appointment schedules, and more! You will type and format documents, proofread work, maintain an organized file system, and direct telephone or written inquiries to the appropriate staff for response. This includes utilizing computer software and various office equipment for procurement, travel, budget, human resources, and reporting tasks. You will have the opportunity to add variety to your time supporting the Real Estate Division by providing similar assistance to the Right-of-Way program, the Survey Section, the Legal Team, and the Habitat and Planning Development Division. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) up to 2 days per week after successful completion of the probationary period. This is subject to change depending on work requirements and schedules and is at the Executive Director's discretion. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
