Our client, a trailblazer in the telecommunications industry and a driving force behind 5G innovation, is seeking a Construction Manager II to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Pay Range: $45-48/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Assess and control charges to the agreed site design

  • Ensure adherence to the company's standards, processes, and procedures

  • Attend coordination and progress meetings

  • Coordinate site activities and assure alignment with project goals

  • Provide technical assistance to service providers and suppliers

  • Maintain construction-specific documentation and records

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in telecommunications projects.

  • Experience with project builds involving over 200 sites.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in civil works and associated financial control, scheduling, and quality management.

  • Ability to identify and solve complicated problems by adapting existing procedures and methods.

  • Active contribution to improvement initiatives and ability to work independently.
