DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The employee in this position oversees the OJT program. Duties include conducting an analysis of OJT reports to ascertain contractors' compliance with contract goals and contract special provisions, analyzing OJT goals set for the department against the previous year, and drafting a year-end report for annual distribution to the OJT Goal Setting Team.

In this position, the employee also provides OJT support services. Duties include evaluating monthly and/or quarterly reports to ensure that progress is being made toward increasing the effectiveness of approved OJT training programs and that problems associated with trainees are identified for resolution, and conducting reviews of Supportive Service Contractors files to ensure that required records are being kept and that necessary follow-up reviews regarding the employment status of graduates are being conducted.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office. This position may be headquartered at the Engineering District 5 Office (1002 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101) or the Engineering District 6 Office (7000 Geerdes Blvd, King of Prussia, PA 19406) if space permits. This position is also eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS). Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Management Associate program (Commonwealth title); or One year as an Equal Opportunity Specialist 1 or Human Resource Analyst 1 (Commonwealth titles); or Two years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program that includes one year of professional experience, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: This position requires possession of a valid Class C driver's license. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
