Description We are on the search for a skillful Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team in FARMINGTON, Connecticut. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with developing BI dashboards using Power BI. You will be working within the telecom industry, utilizing your advanced knowledge in Power BI, SAP, and other BusinessObjects Technologies to create metrics that measure the profitability across various business units.

Responsibilities:

• Develop BI dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into business profitability

• Work with SAP and other BusinessObjects Technologies to create and manage metrics

• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to the business

• Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and tailor BI solutions accordingly

• Use your understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Power Business Intelligence to optimize our current systems

• Resolve any issues related to the BI systems and ensure their smooth operation

• Continuously monitor and maintain the accuracy of the BI dashboards

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our BI systems are up-to-date

• Assist in the training of other team members in the use and interpretation of BI tools. Requirements • Proven expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) analysis

• Proficiency in using BusinessObjects Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Power BI tools

• Experience with Power Business Intelligence software

• Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
