Job Summary Preforms a variety of duties relating to day to day operations, merchandising and salesmanship in support of positive customer relations in the IOL Gift Shop. Reports to Dept Manager. Job Responsibilities Prepares store for daily businesses by following the standard opening routine. Participates in staff education and training activities by attending seminars, staff meetings and workshops to develop skills, promote customer satisfaction, and continuous quality service. Assists and provides direction to volunteer staff and Vocational Clients Receives and verifies inventory by comparing orders to invoices Provides positive customer relations by assisting customers with their purchases to provide customer satisfaction and generate sales. Assists with purchasing supplies and product for the IOL Gift Shop. Cashier, cash control, preparing deposits and change orders for Gift Shop and Cafeteria Upkeep and cleanliness of the store Qualifications Highschool diploma or GED 2 years retail, customer service, and cashiering We take great care of careers.
