Our | | | eighteen-county service area | | | includes Amite, Franklin, | | | Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, | | | Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, | | | Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, | | | Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, | | | Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties. | | | | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | | | Requirements: | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | - Bachelor's degree in a | | | computer science field | | | preferred. | | | - Valid driver's license with | | | satisfactory driving record | | | required. | | | - Minimum of two years of work | | | experience in a data analyst | | | role required. | | | - Knowledge of health care | | | industry preferred. | | | - Proficient in Excel, and | | | Microsoft 365 Required. | | | - Some knowledge of Power | | | Platform preferred. | | | - Strong oral and written | | | communication skills, with | | | the ability to convey complex | | | information clearly and | | | concisely. | | | - Exceptional organization and | | | presentation skills. | | | | | | | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | | | | Responsibilities: | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | - Provides agency data to the | | | state Department of Mental | | | Health. | | | - Attends trainings when needed | | | on topics such as WITS claims | | | processing, billing, and | | | DMH's Data Warehouse. | | | - Uses various software tools | | | to extract, collect and | | | analyze data necessary for | | | outcome measures or tother | | | State Reporting needs. | | | - Maintains the quality of the | | | data by using Excel or other | | | data programs to clean the | | | data eliminating duplicates | | | or errors. | | | - Liaise between our staff and | | | the Department of Mental | | | Health to have consistent, | | | error free data. | | | - Implements automation to | | | improve agency processes. | | | - Provides release planning and | | | deployment. | | | - Works with the agency's | | | Database Administrator to | | | develop, manage, and | | | implement dashboards and | | | reports. | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+
