Presidio is a leading a global digital services and solutions provider focused on Digital Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Cloud, Security & Emerging solutions.THE ROLE: Accounts Payable Associate (Remote)*Job Summary:As an *Account Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts and relationships in order to make sure our account is current. You will need to manage internal and external teams to problem solve any disputes. S/he will be responsible for regular payments made via wire, ACH, credit card and check following department and corporate guidelines and procedures.Travel Requirements:This position does not require any travel.Job Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors- Processing weekly payments and ensuring payments are made in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to department procedures and corporate guidelines; Payments may be made by wire, ACH, check or credit card- Manage department shared mailboxes in Outlook; distributing incoming emails to the appropriate person or processing team and answering vendor inquiries in a timely manner- Creating weekly and ad hoc reports in Excel for the management team- Communicate with vendors to obtain statements of account when necessary; Must reconcile statement of accounts against AP aging to match open liabilities- Communicate with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) to resolve outstanding liabilities including but not limited to price disputes, duplicate shipments, duplicate billing, and subscription discrepancies- Must manage emails in multiple boxes (individual and shared)Required Skills: *- Proficient with Microsoft Office software; especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)- Familiar with ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Great Plains, etc)- Competency working in multiple applications- Attention to detail- Self-starter- Good listening and communication skillsAdditional Desired Skills:- Experience in AvidExchange, Alteryx and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar responsibilities*****ABOUT PRESIDIO*Presidio is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highest levels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive systemic DEI change process across all levels of the organization.
