We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Technician to join our maintenance team. The Avionics Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and repairing avionics equipment on various aircraft, ensuring all systems meet safety standards and FAA regulations. This position requires excellent technical expertise in aircraft electronics systems, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring aircraft safety and reliability. salary: $28 - $33 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assembles, tests, and/or solders to customer requirements

• Performs complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power toolsmechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Trouble shoots and resolves most set up problems independently.

• Uses oscilloscopes, transducers, and other related equipment.

• Troubleshoots and reworks malfunctions disclosed by test data independently.

• Performs diagnostic teardown and rebuilding of product, including evaluation of suitability of components, according to customer specifications.

• Produces and inspects assemblies that conform to product specification
