Description
The Deliver D&T 3PL Supervisor for OTC/Beauty is responsible for the management of third-party logistics for both warehousing and outbound transportation, ensuring performance that meets customer and business needs, within a defined budget and in compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Operational:
Management of 3PL’s to agreements between Kenvue and the third party and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Plan and manage all distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI’s to drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance to GDP, Quality, Regulatory, SOX and HSE requirements and support any associated audits. Drive efficient incident resolution to the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders.
Develop business plans and budgets, review and approve spend. Lead and support projects/program management.
Drive regular business and performance reviews to help identify areas for improvement. Ensure all training requirements are completed on time.
Stock management between SAP and 3PL vision and gap correction, analyze of all movements.
Follow, analyze the 3PL performance through KPI: OS&D, Dock to Stock, OTIF D, Perfect Receipt, on time return. In case of gap vs target implement corrective action with the 3PL and stakeholder
Leadership:
Develop and mentor team to achieve operational excellence whilst building a flexible organization to deliver service of the highest quality to our customers.
Work across a complex, multi-functional organization demonstrating knowledge outside of core expertise with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Lead and negotiate transport and warehouse renewal linked with the procurement team
Identify potential saving opportunities.
Find and lead some project to reach the yearly saving target.
Strategic:
Collaborate with other functions, sectors and stakeholders on future strategies to optimize distribution operations and develop logistic solutions to support future business growth.
Actively identify opportunities and create a culture for continuous improvement to increase customer experience and drive down cost.
Openly engage with end to end partners to ensure alignment on projects and operational changes to minimize risks. Keep up to date with industry best practices and trends.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge Required:
University degree or suitable work experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Mgmt, Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Engineering or Finance preferably in multinational/healthcare industry required.
Proven project management experience, FPX certification is a plus.
LEAN and/or 6 sigma experiences, certification is a plus.@
Fluent English speaker.
An experienced Distribution or 3PL Supervisor with a background of working with 3PL providers and/or major retail/Pharma/wholesale organizations.
Strong customer focus with a proven track record of improving customer service levels, productivity and streamlining processes. Experience of managing a team of direct reports.
Experience of managing an operation to budget.
Experience of dealing with KPI and challenging the 3PL: OTIFD, OS&D, picking accuracy
