Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant with expertise in MS Dynamics software to join our clients accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collections.

  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.

  • Assist with audits and provide support for accounting projects as needed

    Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics software is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
