Citi Global Sourcing Services Disposition Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing SME support to the Citi Global Sourcing team and cross-functional stakeholders with focus on procurement activities related to contract Gap disposition. The overall objective of this role is to manage sourcing processes that can be most efficiently and effectively performed centrally, strengthening risk and control framework, and enabling sector sourcing teams to focus on obtaining the best value products and services for Citi stakeholders.

Responsabilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage projects related to contracting processes, and contract document maintenance and administration.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage new and existing tools and processes to created process efficiencies.

  • Manage the analysis, negotiation, drafting, and implementation of contracts, as well as oversee contract compliance and remediation to minimize risk and exposure, and provide optimal terms and conditions

  • Communicate with stakeholders to support contract remediation efforts

  • Measure/track performance and reporting requirements for compliance with internal policies and external regulations

  • Contribute to corporate initiatives including approved supplier program, risk assessments, and contract templates

  • Liaise with sourcing team, legal, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure all audit guidelines are met and adherence to Citi processes and procedures is achieved

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

  • Ability to manage Projects and ensure tracking and completion by committed dates

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

  • Help in overseeing Contract Review Checklist and contract disposition data quality program (control, reporting and training).

  • Support during Audits and auditor questions and evidence provision.

  • Properly escalate with management, issues encountered in contract disposition by working with the appropriate sector sourcing team, escalate non-compliant actions by colleagues.

  • Support Resolution Planning remediation contracting activities, including contract analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English Level

  • +5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with vendor contract drafting and negotiations

  • Experience working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm

  • Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing vendor contracts

  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree
