About the Role:

As the leader of the team fulfilling technical support services and special projects generated, the Manager is the escalation point for the client and Services Lead(s). Exemplary leadership, customer service, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize are keys to success in this position. The nature of the position also requires an ability to communicate clearly on a variety of different levels, both externally and internally. And Records Management managers oversee the teams delivering CAD / REVIT updates, services, and programs in support of clients. They work closely with client stakeholders, account managers/directors to ensure deliverables are accurate and met on-time + on-budget. They typically have advanced experience in ACAD and/or REVIT.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direction and make quick judgment calls in accordance with the best interests of the business, employees and in alignment with client expectations

• Serve as the point of escalation for business critical or multifaceted issues ensuring they are handled in a consistent, timely, and professional manner

• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to anticipate and understand the emerging needs of clients and communicate effectively to meet evolving client requests

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and customers to gain their trust, including experience leading by example

• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

• With Buildingi support, acquire and maintain relevant certifications, trainings, skill development relevant to primary service focus and maintain knowledge of current or emerging technologies within primary field or service area

• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to meet business needs could include and other technical-related subject-matter-expertise areas in which your knowledge can be used to assist a client

• Manages professional, entry-level and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex support, production or operations team(s).

• Accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of team members within own discipline or function.

• Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve issues that arise.

• Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities

• Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

• Guides, influences and persuades others internally and externally.

• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

• Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

What You'll Have:

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of technical training and at least 3-5 years of related data and business analysis experience in a related field.

• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques

• Technical expertise in techniques regarding data models and database design development

• Sound knowledge of and experience with reporting/dashboarding packages, ie: PowerBI, Tableau, Datastudio, SSRS, Plx, etc.

• Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL, BigQuery, etc)

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

• Effective analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Preferred: Familiarity with IWMS /CAFM Systems such as TRIRIGA or SpaceIQ/ARCHIBUS
