Job Summary and Qualifications: Under the supervision of the Transportation Manager, the Paratransit Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants. Including transport of paratransit (ambulatory and wheelchair-bound) participants, durable medical equipment, pharmacy and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis. Responsible for communicating any safety issue(s) to the Transportation Manager.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• NC Drivers License
• One year experience working with and/or transporting the frail and elderly.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or First Aid Basic must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
