*Job Description: *
Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Ground Electrical to join our Team to support Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems. The Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in the program by developing and delivering innovative Systems Engineering services to ensure and advance principles, theories, concepts, practices and techniques in support of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground Electrical Subsystems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Senior level Systems-Engineering services AND
· Technical leadership of Engineering Team
· Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis & functional allocation
· Conduct system requirements reviews
· Develop concepts of operation & interface standards
· Develop system architectures
· Perform technical and nontechnical assessment & management
· Conduct end-to-end flow analysis
· Generate and review designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness
Basic Qualifications:
- Systems Engineering experience and/or certification
- Must have experience with the ICBM Ground Electrical Subsystem, support equipment and associated parts
- Must possess knowledge and experience in design and performance of Ultra High Frequency (UHF) communication
- Shall have knowledge and experience in design and performance of power generation, regulation, control and distribution for power systems and batteries as applied to Armament Systems
- 3+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
- Able to create unified user experiences throughout a given application
- Experienced with developing and orchestrating usability studies and addressing issues that are discovered
Must have and maintain a SECRET clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineering License desired
*Education/Experience: *
- BS Degree in any engineering discipline + 10 years of related engineering experience, OR
- MS Degree in any engineering discipline + 7 years of related engineering experience OR
- BS and/or MS Degree in any engineering discipline and PhD Degree in any engineering discipline + 4 years of related engineering experience and 7 years of directly related ICBM experience

- Secret Security Clearance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be able to read and write effectively in English
