Logic Technology Development Manufacturing is looking for highly driven and disciplined student to join our team as a LTDM ETCH Module Intern - MSc . You’ll be a part of our team Summer 2024 for a duration of 3 months .

In this position, you will be working with engineers and scientists that are developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for current and future silicon technology nodes. Most positions will be focused on productivity and efficiency projects to help accelerate Intel's ability to deliver critically needed semiconductor products.

The internship position will be Onsite , located at our Hillsboro, OR site.

As a LTDM ETCH Module Intern - MSc, your responsibilities are dependent on the subgroup and will include but not be limited to:

• Defining and developing procedures and equipment configuration for the module with the end goal of maximizing quality, equipment availability, and output.

• Defining projects to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity, and manufacturability requirements.

• Driving improvements over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.

• Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

• Establishing the process control systems for the processing module and sustaining the module through the volume ramp.

• Develops a strategy to resolve difficult problems and establish systems to deal with these problems in the future.

• In addition to these responsibilities, you will respond to production requests for material disposition and alarm response.

This is an internship and compensation will be given accordingly based on candidate education level and internship duration.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be actively pursuing a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM fields.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
