This technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all industrial sanitation machines as well as the facility and its integrated systems. While bulk of the work is focused on the facility, there are machines in and out of the cleanrooms which this team must keep operating as well.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance tasks may include but are not limited to:

• HVAC filter changes and routine inspection. Any elevated HVAC issues will be contracted out to a vendor.

• Basic plumbing and pipe repairs.

• Service of boilers and steam systems.

• Repair and replacement of pumps and pressure systems.

• Repair and replacement of light fixtures, outlets, and equipment hook ups.

• Service and repair of water filtration and treatment systems.

• Troubleshooting of pneumatic systems.

• Electrical troubleshooting up to 460, 3phase.

• Correctly and consistently follows LOTO procedures.

• Mechanical repairs of basic gears and motors.

• Machine rigging when necessary.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday Day Shift

The operation is open 3am to 3:30pm, this person must be willing to work the opening, mid, or closing shift. Will be assigned a start time of either 3am, 5am, or 7am.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical system troubleshooting.

• Able to identify basic tools. Must have your own basic set of tools (please ask me for a copy of the tool list)

• Willing to enter cleanrooms for repairs when needed which does require partial bunny suit. This role is not something where the bunny suit is required all day, only when entering one part of the facility.
