Nike Specialist II, Digital Content Producer in Hilversum, Netherlands

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As Digital Content Producer you will be responsible for managing all aspects of content production for all Nike owned channels (e.g. Nike.com, Nike App, NTC, NRC, SNKRS, Email) across EMEA from an execution brief to publishing. We would need someone who is organized, detail orientated, able to communicate on all levels and is able to learn technical capabilities. You have a strong sense of accountability and flexibility to adapt quickly to new priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As the Digital Content Producer you will be responsible for and manage cross-channel and cross-functional production lifecycles from execution brief to publishing. This means that you will obsess processes and timelines by acting as a liaison for creative approvals of campaign materials and seasonal projects.

Further responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies for ensure timely content processing

  • Track the day-to-day processes from content production all the way to content publishing on our Nike digital channels; be the center of excellence on any channel

  • Able to work with multiple deliverables simultaneously. Ability to deliver results against tight and complex timelines.

  • Comfortable with communicating production pitch backs to a variety of stakeholders including digital brand marketing teams and other relevant business/ops teams on both smaller projects and big campaign launches

  • Responsible for KPI tracking and reporting

  • Able to collaborate confidently and successfully withinteam environment across all levels in the organization.

  • Coach and be responsible for a team of ContentSpecialists on productional excellence, guidance andcareer development.

  • Be the traffic manager within your team to ensureworkload balance is managed within the team

  • Act as a hands-on Digital Content Producer by executingand publishing content across our channels to supportyour team

  • You will closely work together with the ContentOperations Capabilities Manager to support the enablement and roll out of new capabilities, tools and processes.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

  • Cross-functional collaboration involving digital product functions as well as marketing functions such as Consumer Construct Marketing (CC), Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM), Brand Creative and CDM Operations.And work closely with NDDC functions within Digital Operations, Platforms and other relevant functions. You will also work closely with Cities, across EMEA and with Global teams.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly

demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered.

  • A solid understanding and previous experience with CRM Management, content operations or traffic management

  • Ability to demonstrate strong focus on attention to detail and intrinsic passion to execute flawless

  • Communicates vision & purpose by building energy and optimism in others for the organization’s vision

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines

  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity and accountability

  • Digital Mindset – Have a strong interest in Digital ecosystems and platforms and content operations processes.

  • Sports enthusiast and general awareness of relevant updates and news within the sports scene

  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter, quick-learner, quality-focused and proactive.
