Abbott Seller Omnichannel Journey Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Role:

Lead and guide digital transformation journeys of O2O sellers cross country by identifying top Sellers to be transformed, training them and preparing them on how to sell products on Tiktok, Facebook, …and creating policy or benefit program to nurture pioneer Sellers grow their O2O capability, traffic/user base and revenue.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and manage a journey of digital transformation with key initiatives for Sellers who are experienced at offline business but might be new to online.

  • Identify top sellers from internal sales data and/or platforms’ data with the best sales uplift capability on Facebook and Tiktok

  • Create policy or benefit programs together with internal and external stakeholders to help sellers/retailers develop their O2O capability (e.g. livestream, video content, etc.) towards increasing user base and revenue growth

  • Support Sellers to be familiar with tech tools, digital sales event calendar, product portfolio and policies

  • Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations of engagement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal external stakeholders/partners to keep up to date with Tiktok/Facebook’s features, policies and latest developments.

  • Analyse and report weekly key seller issues to Management for continuous improvement of communications and seller user experience

  • Perform Market Research and studies where relevant and required.
