Purpose of the job
Operator A - would be performing tape assembly and working on their vision line.
Essential Job Responsibilities
* Saw Setup:* Loads raw material onto the saws according to standard work instruction. Downloads part program in machine terminal according to job and standard setup procedures.
First Article: Completes the first article of each job according to standard within the quality control plan. Maintains proper documentation of first articles and executes them in a timely manner.
Participates in continuous improvement activities: Supports Coastal Lean initiatives on cycle time reduction, down time, and/or change over time through participation in continuous improvement activities.
5s: Maintains 5s organizational standards within the production floor
