Abbott Assistant Digital Marketing Manager in Hong Kong, China

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic execution of overall digital strategy and be the subject matter expert in leading all spectrum of digital and ensure direction of content and media are in line with business objectives

  • Responsible for developing consumer content for digital and social platforms in accordance with the brand story / strategy.

  • Responsible for a continuous supply of new, dynamic, and compelling digital content to ensure excellent UX/UI, and with measurement for optimization

  • Coordinate with creative & digital agencies to execute the digital advertising and consumer activation and engagement campaigns

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovation and a competitive edge to our digital marketing strategies

  • Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure excellent UX/UI across digital touchpoints/ journey

  • Be the data-driven expert by analyzing digital KPIs and translate into actionable insights to shape tailed digital activities

  • Lead the development of data-driven omni-channel, branded and unbranded content for use across digital channels

  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify insights and opportunities in the digital space

  • Execute and ensure all processes are in place for digital materials in accordance with company and legal requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Information Technology, e-Commerce, or related discipline

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experiences in digital marketing or digital agencies in HK/China

  • Strong expertise with adserving, digital tracking, attribution modeling, analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

  • Very strong data management and analytics expertise

  • Knowledge with Google AdWords / Facebook Advertising/PPC, SEO/SEM, Social Listening

  • Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and action-oriented analysis Knowledge in digital analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics

  • Team player. Proactive, energetic and analytical with good business acumen

  • Effective negotiation and collaboration with stakeholders, managing differing priorities, personalities, styles, etc.

  • Excellent project management skills and are attentive to details

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
