The jobholder is responsible for handling all aspects of employees’ compensation and benefits programs including payroll execution and tax filings to support different stages of the employee life cycle to deliver more sustainable employee experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Handles full scope of C&B operations & administration for Hong Kong & Macau offices.

  • Executes monthly payroll and produces all related payments & reports in compliance with local law and in timely manner.

  • Updates and maintains personnel data into HRIS and create personal files to keep track of completed personal records.

  • Processes pension contribution and benefits administration.

  • Prepares tax returns/reports to Inland Revenue Dept / Tax bureau in accordance with relevant tax legislation.

  • Prepares documents like staff movement contracts and employment certificates, etc.

  • Administers various benefits programs & insurance schemes which are currently in force and follow up with claims processing if required.

  • Assists in various activities like annual salary review, bonus calculations, sales/field incentive review, market surveys, and budgeting.

  • Assists in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations

  • Compiles and generates monthly reports on regular basis and compile ad hoc statistics and reports.

  • Handles employee enquiries

  • Provides support in ad hoc assignment and projects as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related field

  • At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources function in multinational company

  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations

  • Well-versed in sophisticated HRIS system, knowledge of Workday & SAP preferred

  • Excellent oral and written English /Chinese (Cantonese) communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS-Excel skills

  • Mature, well-organized, and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills

  • Solid experience in handling difficult clients with strong service mindset

  • Proactive, detail oriented and sensitive to number.

  • A team player and able to work under pressure
