Adecco US, Inc. Accounts Receivable Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii

Adecco is currently assisting a local company recruit for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the greater Honolulu, HI area.

This Accounts Receivable Clerk job is full time, 40 hours per week opportunities, with starting pay rates of $19 to $20 per hour, DOE.

Requirements:

  • Prepare Daily Deposits for Cash Receipts

  • Scan, File, Email Deposits

  • Prepare Deposits for Armored Car pickup.

  • Input Cash Receipts into Accounting System

  • Assist in the Process of monthly tenant billings.

  • Research Accts Receivable issue/discrepancies.

  • 2 years’ experience preferred (but not necessary)

  • Experience with Skyline and/or Appfolio is a plus (but not necessary)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of financial accounting experience and a demonstrated ability in accounting.

  • An Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field may be substituted in lieu of the above-mentioned experience requirement.

  • Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal/written and listening skills).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift a minimum 20lbs.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
