Honolulu, Hawaii Non-Profit Organization is seeking a contract-to-permanent Administrative Coordinator to join their growing team! The ideal Administrative Coordinator candidate will have 3 years+ recent administrative experience and the desire to assist their clientele and the community.

What you get to do every day:

• Answer phones and inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service and vendor referrals

• Establish relationships with clientele, vendors, and peers

• Data management

• General administrative support as needed

  Requirements

• 3 years+ recent, hands-on administrative experience in an office environment

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player

• Strong technical skills to include Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiar with office equipment and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate with a desire to help the community

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree highly desired
