These Assistant jobs require 1-2 years of previous experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Candidates must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. They must also be able to lift up to 30 lbs. As an Assistant, you will process forms, applications, incoming faxes and answer department calls, handle incoming and outbound mail as well as help support upcoming projects in a fast-paced environment.
