[GP Energy Company, LLC[ is seeking a Full-Time **Inventory and Lubricant Supervisor located in Honolulu, HI.

**[Position Summary [This position is primarily responsible for the safe, accurate, complete and effective ordering, receipt, storage, retrieval of lubricants and fuel inventory for the warehouse and cardlock of GP Energy Company, LLC. This position will be responsible for coordinating all lubricant logistics, receiving lubricant orders from customers, regularly monitor key accounts, maintain regular customer communication, managing MSA orders and assist with resolving customer lubricant complaints. The Inventory and Lubricant Supervisor will assist the warehouse staff to pull products, enter information into the back-office system and help to maintain software that helps to automate storage and inventory needs. This position will review lubricant and cardlock inventories to ensure accurate counts are available and maintained, reconcile lubricant and cardlock month-end inventories and investigate and report all gain/loss discrepancies. The Inventory and Lubricant Supervisor will be responsible for cardlock maintenance, repairs and cleanliness. This position's responsibility also includes supporting and acting as back-up to dispatching of all fuel deliveries. This position will attend monthly safety meetings to support and encourage workplace safety programs, and safety requirements.

**[Knowledge, Education and Experience [The ideal candidate must have graduated from high school and four (4) years of relevant warehouse experience is preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job. Courses in inventory control and warehouse management are preferred but not required. Prior experience managing people is preferred. Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to operate or learn to operate the back-office system, other Internet programs, and applications (including notebooks and smart phones). Working knowledge or ability to learn to operate the lubricant ordering website and lubricant ordering procedures. Working knowledge of the back-office system as it related to cardlock and lubricant processes. General knowledge of petroleum related equipment, products and applicable county, state, and federal regulations. Ability to solve problems, analyze data, lead, take direction, attention to detail, ethical conduct, muti-task, prioritize duties and learn new skills and tasks. Customer focused with the ability to work both individually and as team. Ability to maintain good working relationships with associates, customers, vendors, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Forklift certification required. Underground storage tank (UST) level A operate certification is required.
