Insight Global Nurse Practitioner in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the U.S. Renal Care team in Honolulu, specializing in end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) care. As an ESKD Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in managing patients with kidney disease, providing comprehensive assessments, education, and holistic care. The NP will work in collaboration with nephrologists, dialysis centers, and other healthcare providers.

Skills and Requirements

· Current specialty certifications and license to practice as an Advanced Practitioner in the state of Hawaii.

 · Firm understanding of the protocols, policies, and operations of a physician practice.

 · Minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience

 · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive and charismatic attitude · Nephrology experience and/or Familiarity with Risk Adjustment in Value-Based Care null
