Description

Robert Half has a rewarding Receptionist opportunity at a leading service company in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a business-minded and friendly manner.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and copying.

  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.

  • Punctual and reliable.
