Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

2. Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all accounting processes.

3. Monitor and analyze financial reports for discrepancies, irregularities, and effective financial management.

4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

5. Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines to ensure compliance.

6. Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes to enhance work productivity.

7. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role in diverse industries.

8. Proficiency in multiple ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

9. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and procedures.

10. Impeccable mathematical skills and attention to detail.

11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

12. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.

13. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
