Robert Half Billing Clerk in Houston, Texas

Description Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Clerk with experience in portal billing, preferably Ariba and/or Open Invoice software.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating invoices and account statements.

  2. Maintaining accounts receivable records and customer files.

  3. Performing account reconciliations.

  4. Working closely with the accounting team to compile and sort documents.

  5. Initiating billing through Ariba and/or Open Invoice software portal.

  6. Addressing and resolving any billing questions from customers.

  7. Coordinating with the sales and service departments to adjust customer accounts.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a billing role.

  1. Working knowledge of Ariba and/or Open Invoice software is a plus

  2. Superior attention to detail and accuracy.

  3. Strong ability in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  4. Ability to work on different assignments simultaneously.

  5. Excellent communication and data entry skills.

  6. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Requirements Billing, Ariba, Open Invoice, Microsoft Excel
