Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher located in Houston, Texas. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing communication between customers and field employees, maintaining our database in line with company policies, and ensuring efficient operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle communication of customer needs and service histories to field technicians.

• Dispatch technicians across various areas and maintain the company database.

• Provide necessary support and communication to internal and external customers.

• Keep dispatch boards updated at all times.

• Assist field personnel and management with customer and company requirements to ensure tasks and calls are completed promptly.

• Issue proper purchasing and PO as needed to support the team.

• Follow the established process flow for managing all customer requests.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned. Requirements • Role open for applicants with 0+ years of experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required

• Strong communication skills are essential

• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial

• Data entry skills are necessary
