Description

The FP& A Analyst will play a key role in providing financial planning and analysis support to the organization. This position requires a blend of accounting and finance experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and familiarity with Infor Syteline ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have a proven track record of delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.

FP& A Analyst Responsibilities:

· Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

· Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification, and provide actionable insights to management

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

· Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reporting to monitor business performance

· Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management

· Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations

· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

· Provide support for financial systems, including Infor Syteline ERP, and participate in system enhancements and implementations

Requirements

FP& A Analyst Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

· 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

· Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor Syteline

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
