The MD Anderson Innovation Center aims to create transformational change by identifying innovative ideas and unique solutions to problems. Our team works alongside MD Anderson clinicians, researchers, patients and operational leaders using observation techniques, stakeholder interviews and market research to understand how to develop the next generation of digital technology solutions and design groundbreaking experiences.

The innovation associate will enable transformational change by supporting the innovation team:

-Engaging with customers to elicit opportunities;

-Developing insightful analysis;

-Assessing alternatives; synthesizing recommendations;

-Business planning; developing and implementing innovative solutions;

-Enabling change and successful transition;

-Developing metrics for quantifying and tracking operational and/or clinical impact.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree

Education preferred:

Master's degree

Experience Required:

Three years of experience in digital innovations, product research, product development, or product analysis. With preferred degree, one year of experience in digital innovations, product research, product development, or product analysis.
