Job Title: Manual Grinder

Job Description

Join a dynamic repair and service shop specializing in OEM parts and components for leading players in the Oil and Gas sector. As a Manual Grinder, you will repair and refurbish parts ranging from a few inches OD up to 84" OD. This role requires adaptability to work with various materials and parts, with an emphasis on continuous learning. Expect a diverse range of orders in a fast-paced environment.

Hard Skills

• 2-20 years of experience in a manufacturing or repair shop

• Basic to advanced understanding of metric tools and measurements

• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts

• Competence with different materials (stainless, carbon, monel, inconel)

• Experience with various part sizes (bearing fits, coupling fits, crank shafts, pump shafts)

Soft Skills

• Great attitude

• Leadership mentality

• Willingness to learn and share knowledge

• Adaptability to different machines and parts

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Texas.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Regular Saturday shifts (6-7 hours) and occasional Sunday shifts.
