Travel: 25% (territory includes El Paso)
Reports to: Senior Director of Sales & Marketing - Fleet, Affiliates, and Products
Compensation: Base of $80K plus 45% bonus opportunity
Background required: 3+ years B2B sales, preferably in the Auto Industry
Bilingual English/Spanish Required

The Fleet Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing commercial sales penetration throughout the designated territory with targeted growth goals in new customer acquisition and growth profit increases. In the role, you would be responsible for:
Developing New Commercial Accounts - identifying prospective customers by utilizing market databases, targeted lists, and following on leads from stores in your territory. Completing scheduled and cold call prospecting activities.
Account Management - regularly contacting Fleet Managers of existing accounts via telephone, email or face-to-face.
External Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns of fleet customers.
Internal Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns from Store Operations.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Sun Auto Tire & Service from time to time at its sole discretion.
Ideal candidates possess these attributes:
Experience with CRM activities and pipeline management
Team focused and goal oriented
Curiosity to learn and understand
Self-regulating and accountable
Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service/support
Track record of good tenure
Experienced with CRM software solutions
Experienced with Microsoft Office and applications – Word, Outlook, Power Point
What You’ll Need
Minimum three years outside B2B sales experience - preferably in the auto industry
General business knowledge (ability to calculate gross profit, discounts, and expense management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (significant communication with both internal and external customers)
Decision quality - ability to make decisions /recommendations based upon a mixture of facts, analysis, and experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required based on experience)
