As an SAP PTM Lead, the successful candidate will work in coordination with various business, operational, and IT teams, along with the Application Managed Services (AMS) team. You will also liaise with other functional leads within the SAP Center of Excellence (COE). The primary role involves ensuring that the functional design and configuration related to the SAP PTM (Plan to Make) system align with SAP best practices and compliance.

In this position, you'll use your SAP PTM expertise to streamline high-volume supply chain operations, particularly in the automotive industry. Your tasks will involve supporting SAP PTM in different sectors such as Distribution and the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC).

To excel in this position, you'll need a strong background, preferably 6+ years, in areas like SAP PTM, encompassing at least one end-to-end implementation. Prior experience with SAP ERP implementation projects, particularly SAP S/4 Hana, and post go-live support would be a plus.

Crucially, the SAP PTM Lead must have an unwavering passion for adhering to out-of-the-box SAP PTM functionality and driving standardization. Your communication skills will need to be top-notch, with the ability to manage complexities and work collaboratively to find effective SAP PTM solutions.

With a problem-solving attitude, you'll adapt to varying timelines and maintain great attention to details. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence organizational stakeholders will be essential in the SAP PTM role. SAP certification(s) would be a valuable asset.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ plus years of experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 6+ years of expertise in the areas of SAP PTM / PP (Production Planning), ME (Manufacturing execution) with at least 2 end to end SAP PP, ME implementation projects as Lead consultant from functional perspective.

• Must have hands on experience with SAP ME functional design, configuration in conjunction with SAP PP.

• Must have hands-on configuration and set up experience on all ME functional modules including but not limited to Shop Order, Material, Routing, POD, ERP interfaces, Integration with Label printers, barcode readers and PLC’s, ME Reporting Lead requirement analysis.

• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
