Job Description: The SAP PTP Architect will ensure that the PTP solution is delivered with minimum customizations and enhancements. Function as a Transformation Leader demonstrating Capgemini's approach to Transformational Change and delivering change on a complex program. Seeking experience with SAP Solutions within the Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Fish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver offerings across multiple areas of expertise.

• Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Drive innovation by staying abreast of SAP updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and recommending strategic enhancements to our SAP landscape.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 11 experience in SAP solution architecture, with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points, and functional experience with all SAP Materials Management (MM) modules: Procure to Pay, Material Requirements Planning, Purchasing, Service Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification

• 10 years implementation experience with PTP End-to-End business processes

• Proven experience managing and leading large teams and/or SAP projects.

• 8 years in a Delivery role leading an SAP team or delivery project.

• 8 years’ experience working with current SAP Configuration

• 8 years’ experience working with design, implementation, and support of SAP ERP

• 5 Full Life Cycle (FLC) large project implementations

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of SAP architects in a senior management role.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies.

• Seeking experience with SAP Solutions within the Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Fish).

• SAP Certifications preferred.
