The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling financial records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial information, and assisting in various accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of all key financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Work closely with other departments to obtain necessary financial information and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.

• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Stay current with accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and accruals.

• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
