Title:

Technical Service Engineer

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for a Technical Service Engineer who, under general direction, will be responsible for the daily operations of an individual project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Run an entire project of $7 to $15 million or bid packages on a larger project

  • Supervise and direct the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a project

  • Project setup and subcontracting strategy

  • Shop drawing review & processing

  • Contract changes

  • Daily communications with owner, architect, and engineers

  • Build relationships and communicate with subcontractors

  • Owner and in-house reporting

Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • 8 – 12 years of directly related experience

  • Proven ability to run an entire project of $7 to $15 million or bid packages on a larger project

  • Strong procedure writing skills
