Description and Requirements
Manage EE component E2E quality from product NPI phase to EOL.
Deeply engage with the EE R&D team and sourcing team to do the supplier assessment for new supplier selection and introduction.
Work with EE component suppliers and internal cross-functional team(R&D, Sourcing team, etc) on new component qualification through risk assessment and mitigation, developing supplier process and quality control method to ensure successful parts production.
Lead quality problem solving with adequate failure analysis, root cause verification and drill deep&drill wide on corrective&preventive action implementation.
Drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production
Conduct quality system audit, tech assessment and process audit for risk assessment and improvement.
Drive supplier for continue quality system improvement.
